Product Overview:

These fiber optic spectrometers utilize an ultra-high performance, 2048 x 64 pixel, TEC cooled CCD array. The precision temperature control and low internal CCD temperature set-point (-10 degrees C) greatly reduces sensor noise. The reduced sensor noise yields a signal to noise ratio which is almost two times higher than competitors' products. The TEC controlled CCD array increases the measurement reliability, and also safe-guards against measurement errors caused by ambient temperature drifts. The CCD signal processing circuit has been optimized for ultra-low noise performance, further reducing the potential for noise to reduce the accuracy of measurements. The model ATP5020 is designed with an SMA905 fiber optic connector, or can accept a free space beam. Spectral data is output by USB 2.0 interface.
